After having some drywall repair work done on a couple of walls and our vaulted ceiling, a painting crew was sent out to repaint. Unfortunately the initial crew were not very careful and dripped ceiling paint on our side walls, our wood beam, hanging light fixtures and floors. Thankfully the drywall company decided to send out Leo from QA Construction to fix everything. Leo and his team were courteous, and very respectful of our home, ensuring the floors were completely covered. He then took time to clean up the light fixtures, repainted all the walls and even cleaned off the dust from the upper window sills and our wood beam while he was on the scaffolding! He even came back for some touch ups a few days later making sure we were completely satisfied. I cannot say enough good things about this company and its owner, Leo Jimenez. I am 100% satisfied with the repairs Leo and his crew recently made to my garage and home. I hired them to replace several rows of siding on my garage that had rotted because of snow build-up over the years. They did a wonderful job. Leo realized the need to correct some other issues that I was not aware of when he gave me his estimate. He addressed those issues at no additional cost to me. How many contractors would do that? QA also painted all the trim on the front porch (and did a beautifully neat job) and replaced the threshold in an exterior doorway that had dislodged because the stone foundation supporting it had loosened. They stabilized that area with cement to support the new threshold. Every aspect of their work was expertly done. But what really impressed me was their responsiveness and reliability. They showed up when they said they would and worked diligently until the jobs were finished. Leo responded immediatey to my texts and kept me informed throughout the whole process. The crew worked well together (never any shouting or foul language; always with smiles on their faces), and made sure any mess was cleaned up before they left each day. In fact, one evening (after leaving for the day) Leo realized that they had forgotten to clean up a small mess on one side of the garage -- and he came back to take care of it. That’s service above and beyond! They price for doing all this work was very, very reasonable. I received a quote from another contractor that was over twice as much for not quite as much work.
